New Products Available in Recurrent's In-Touch II v4.7.6: VersaBillRecurrent Software Solutions Inc. proudly announces the introduction of its new product VersaBill. Many large enterprises have systems installed to electronically receive an invoice, verify the invoice, and electronically issue payments to their suppliers. VersaBill is a totally automated data conversion process that takes the output from a suppliers billing system, augments any specific information required by the large enterprise system, and prepares the electronic “invoice” to the enterprise specification. Suppliers can now use VersaBill to meet their customers’ demands without making costly changes to their existing billing system. A full VersaBill brochure in PDF format can be found here. Web-TouchOur new web-based application, Web-Touch, allows your resellers, business-to-business customers and end-users to access their accounts via the Internet any time. This reduces the amount of time that your customer service representatives need to spend with the customers who want to, for example, find out their account balance, change their address, make payments, etc. The CSRs can also access the customer accounts through Web-Touch. Your customers see real-time account information every time they access their account. Any address changes or payments that your customer makes through Web-Touch are updated to the customer account when the day-end is run in In-Touch II. Capcode Management System (CMS)The Capcode Management System has been designed to help you effectively manage the capcodes that you use in your In-Touch II. The system allows you to allocate capcodes automatically when you create new POCSAG, FLEX or ReFLEX handles to the system. There is no need to keep additional lists of the capcodes that you have in the system. The CMS system keeps track of the assigned, available and reserved capcodes, and you may view the ranges at any time. The CMS allows you to reclaim any unused capcodes in your whole system. You decide on how long the capcodes must have been out of use before they are reclaimed, or which accounts are included in the reclaim. Order Management SystemThe Order Management System allows you to manage orders from the point when your customer orders the merchandise to the actual shipment. You may create SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) numbers for both non-serialized and serialized inventory. Non-serialized inventory consists of items such as batteries, pager clips, etc. Serialized inventory contains, for example, pagers and cellular phones. Items are deducted from the inventory every time you add an item to an order. You have the ability to track your inventory by warehouse and SKU number at any time.
