The Web-Touch program allows your resellers, business-to-business customers and end-users to access their accounts via the Internet any time.   This reduces the amount of time that your customer service representatives need to spend with the customers who want to, for example,  find out their account balance, change their address, make payments, etc.  The CSRs can also access the customer accounts through Web-Touch.

The program displays real-time account information and makes real-time updates to your In-Touch II database.  Payments that you make through Web-Touch are updated to the account when the day-end is run in In-Touch II.

The invoices are viewed and payments are made through a secure connection.  It is your responsibility to acquire a secure certificate for your Web-Touch server.  Credit card information is authenticated by VeriSign. 

Web-Touch interfaces with the In-Touch II system, so it can program a pager and update the information in the In-Touch II.

Customer Service Representatives

The customer service representatives normally have access to all the functions in Web-Touch.   A customer service representative may access all or most of the accounts in the system to help the customers who call in about their account  If you are a customer service representative, you may

  • view the account status of customer accounts;

  • change the contact information for the customer accounts;

  • view the customer invoices;

  • make payments;

  • suspend and unsuspend handles;

  • activate and deactivate handles;

  • edit the telephone options on the customer's handles;

  • swap handles;

  • send a page;

  • view inventory of a customer account;

  • view handle and telephone number tracking.

Resellers and Business-to-business Customers

The resellers and business-to-business customers normally have access to all the functions in Web-Touch, except that they have access to their own accounts only.  If you are a reseller or a business-to-business customer, you may

  • view the account status of your accounts;

  •  change the contact information for your accounts;

  • view your invoices;

  •  make payments;

  • suspend and unsuspend your handles;

  • activate and deactivate your handles;

  • edit the telephone options on the your handles;

  • swap handles;

  • send a page;

  • view inventory of a customer account;

  • view handle and telephone number tracking.

Consumers

If you are a consumer, you may

  • create a Web-Touch login if you already have an In-Touch II account;

  • view your account status;

  • change the contact information for your account;

  • view your invoices;

  • make a payment;

  • contact a sales representative.
