ITMS Founded in Frankfurt
ITMS is established as a sports marketing agency by New Yorker and former tennis pro George S. Pascal. The first office address in Frankfurt is number 20 Justinian Strasse, a location with real historical importance. General Lucius Clay and Konrad Adenauer first met here for initial talks after the war. Throughout the 80s several well-known American companies from AT&T to traditional publisher Crain Communications were headquartered at Justinian Strasse on Holzhausen Park.
Taking on The Saddlebrook Academy
The Saddlebrook Tennis Academy, one of the most famous and successful US Tennis Academies, opts for the newly founded ITMS as a marketing partner for German-speaking countries. Many talented players from Germany, Austria and Switzerland sign up for the program, which takes place at prestigious tennis and golf resorts in Florida. ITMS secures its status as an expert on Junior Tennis and in marketing Academies.
Managing Top Tennis Professionals
ITMS takes on the management of Claudio Pistolesi, Italian Davis Cup player and former Junior World Champion. Over the next 25 years, ITMS will go on to manage more than 100 tennis players under contract, from Mervyn Rose to Alizé Cornet, including Fed Cup players, Grand Slam and Davis Cup winners.
Bundesliga Winning Streak in Tennis Management
By now, ITMS advises several tennis clubs in Germany, putting together teams and developing winning marketing concepts. In 1992 the agency adds tennis Bundesliga teams, such as Blau-Weiß Bocholt, TC Großhesselohe München, Blau-Weiß Halle and HTV Hannover, to its clientele. German Championship titles soon followed with the most successful project being TC Blau-Weiss Sundern, who make the Verbansliga in 1993 and claim victory in two German league titles in 2003 and of 2004.
Publication of Tennis Product News
ITMS is engaged for publication of the trade magazine "Tennis Product News" for Germany and the Netherlands.
ITMS Founds the Academy of Tennis - Europe
ITMS proudly establishes The Academy of Tennis - Europe, Europe's first Tennis Academy in the American model. Several students later play on the ATP and WTA Tour. The entire concept, program, coaching staff and marketing originated and was carried out by ITMS.

In 1993 sponsorship forms an integral part of the young agency's range. Acquisition of successful sponsoring partnerships for athletes and events includes Adidas, Babolat, Chevrolet, Fila, Lacoste, Lanson Champagne, Licher, Linde, Lotto, Nike and Wilson.
Summer Success for Saalbach Hinterglemm
ITMS signs on to create a winning summer promotion for the popular winter resort. The agency puts together an extensive tennis offer under the concept "Double the white sports" to make the resort more attractive to summer vacationers.
Widening the Field with Baseball
The agency begins promoting the sport of baseball in Germany, starting with four teams in the German Premier League.
