Junior Country Account Manager Poland

About the Role:
After initial training to get familiar with our team, agency, services, and client structure, you will gradually take on more responsibilities. You will support the management of our Polish clients and work to expand our business in the region from our office in Bad Nauheim, Germany.

You have a degree in business or marketing, some initial marketing experience, and enjoy working with international clients. You adapt quickly to different people and situations, communicate convincingly and credibly, and understand your clients’ needs. You thrive in a flat-hierarchy environment that fosters open teamwork. Reliable and trustworthy, you are well-versed in Polish culture, a native Polish speaker, fluent in German, and proficient in written and spoken English. Who You Are:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid understanding of advertising, marketing, media outreach, and social media
- Quick to grasp clients’ business, marketplace, and influencing factors
- Excellent presentation skills
- Well-organized, with good stress management and administrative skills
- Team player who values collaboration
- Familiar with agency software like CRM, SEO tools, billing programs, MS Office, presentation tools, and marketing/webinar platforms
- Native Polish speaker, fluent in German, with strong English proficiency
What You’ll Do:
- Manage customer relationships, providing day-to-day service and handling communications
- Foster new client relationships and collaborate on presentations and sales pitches
- Identify potential new clients and business opportunities
- Communicate client agendas to agency staff and brief creative teams
- Support project timelines and collaborate on advertising, artwork, copy, press texts, and marketing collateral
- Participate in presenting concepts, campaigns, and deliverables to clients
- Handle daily client duties and coordinate with media and publishers
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and media proposals
- Compose structured client reports
