Looking for the newest innovations that could change the bicycling world.
After a very positive response to the Hidden Champion Award at last year’s Eurobike, a team from the bike industry specific PR media service Fahrrad-PR.de will be searching for the next Hidden Champion at this month’s Eurobike. Last year’s inaugural award sparked widespread interest in the industry and was highly-coveted by participants. ITMS, the agency behind Fahrrad-PR.de, has been active in the bicycle industry for more than a decade and is providing the winner of the award with an extensive marketing and PR package which will help make a lasting impact on the “hidden champion’s” marketing efforts with both retailers and consumers.
The bicycle industry is characterized by a variety of manufacturers and brands with countless suppliers of products and services trying to attract the attention of consumers and distributors. For decades it has been extremely challenging for brands that are innovative but relatively unknown to successfully enter this market. “Through last year’s search for a hidden champion, we were able to get to know a lot of exciting companies with high-quality product portfolios whose customer and dealer approaches had enormous potential. As a result of this positive response, we are happy to again make our industry experience and expertise available to a new hidden champion at this year’s Eurobike,” explains George S. Selection process and structure of the competition
In the lead up to Eurobike, interested companies have the possibility to sign-up for the competition under http://fahrrad-pr.de/hidden-champion/. There the interested companies can learn more about the Hidden Champion Award and submit all the necessary information needed to participate. In addition to the online registration form, an industry-oriented scouting team from Fahrrad-PR.de will be at the tradeshow in Friedrichshafen looking for exciting and innovative new products onsite. Any company, both national and international, with products currently on the market will be considered for the prize.
As part of the Hidden Champion Award, the winner, who is chosen by a jury, will receive an attractive marketing and PR package from the experts at ITMS, which consists of two elements. In addition to promoting the company and its “award-winning” innovation to more than 1,500 industry media contacts worldwide, a digital product presentation will also be created to pique interest from the agency’s well-established and continuously maintained dealer network in Germany. This gives companies a platform that is unique in its form, in order to generate and expand new leads.
