Holistic Trade Fair Concept for Seni

Each March, decision-makers, nurses and trainees flock to the leading trade fair Altenpflege (alternating annually in Hannover and Nuremberg) to witness the launch of news and new products.

Taking place from the 8th up to the 10th March, this year’s focus were the changes in the definition of nursing and long-term care but also the aim to provide sustainable individual and professional care for the dependent.

Seni, one of the leaders in the field of hygiene and incontinence care, is one of the largest and most important exhibitors at this prestigious trade fair. Once again, ITMS Marketing was responsible for the planning and implementation of all press activities prior, during and after the fair. Main topics of all press communication included Seni’s holistic care approach and launch of the new mobile incontinence app, the established management and controlling software for care homes as well as the new cooperation with further industry leaders for an innovative all-inclusive supply concept for residential facilities, care and retirement homes.

 

Besides the extensive press activities, ITMS’ communications experts were also involved in plenty further arrangements regarding the presence at Altenpflege. Prior to the fair a new booth concept was developed, a centrally placed pillar to visually demonstrate Seni’s comprehensive 360-degree approach. Additionally, a special trade show edition of the Seni Journal was distributed prior and throughout the fair to the professional audience. The journal is a regularly published editorial corporate magazine, developed and designed by ITMS, which features industry news and company highlights. This corporate publishing product has proven highly successful, that needed to be extended to cater for three different target groups, having won pharmacy cooperations as partners. As the face of the brand, the Seni Journal becomes more and more established within its selected target group and can certainly compete with the traditional industry titles, when it comes to circulation.

The trade fair concept was completed by numerous presentations at particularly designated areas, the so-called Connect-Areas. Here, visitors were able to attend a variety of lectures and seminars. Seni furthermore joined as partner of the trade fair series “Future Days Altenpflege” and enthused a large audience throughout the seminars.
