Behind the Scenes at Bridal World

On January 14th and 15th, Bridal World | Bad Nauheim opened its doors for the 11th time and invited lovers, their relatives, and future wedding guests to the spa in Bad Nauheim, CONPARC Hotel & Conference Center Bad Nauheim.

The organizers of BestEvents from ITMS Marketing had begun preparing many months prior to provide visitors with an unparalleled trade fair experience.

Creating a top-notch list of exhibitors was necessary, along with bringing new exhibitors with fresh, creative ideas into the mix of experienced service providers who had been involved for several years. In addition, engaging social programming had to be created. The BestEvents team opted for a mix of informative lectures on various topics related to the most beautiful day in a couples’ life, fashion shows featuring the latest trends in wedding styles, as well as live music, which ensured a lovely atmosphere for visitors of the trade fair.

To advertise the event, BestEvents developed a social media plan as well as advertising plans for regional newspapers. Current news about Bridal World | Bad Nauheim was posted regularly on Facebook. Couples could also look forward to learning tips through these Facebook posts for the most important day of their lives. Videos with weddings from foreign countries served as inspiration for their own wedding plan, and online magazine features showed various forms of weddings – from a British wedding in the countryside to urban weddings in big cities, from small garden weddings to playful, vintage weddings. Even those preferring civil unions were able to gather ideas for their own ceremonies.

To inform the public about the exact start date of this popular event, BestEvents PR experts wrote press releases and advertising texts. These texts provided information on the daily agenda and the overall program of this wedding event. For those preferring their news via audio, radio commercials were designed and recorded. In addition, Carolin Pascal’s team designed flyers for Bad Nauheim and the surrounding regions. Also, large-format posters were hung up around the spa town itself and in neighboring villages to remind residents about the special weekend.

On opening day at 7:00 am, exhibitors were already starting to set up and decorate their stands. Equipped with exhibitors’ passes designed by BestEvents, they hurried to finish before the doors opened at noon. The wedding fair was well organized, ensuring a smooth weekend with many highlights. “We are very pleased that Bridal World | Bad Nauheim was once again well received by exhibitors and visitors this year. The best reward for our work is satisfied exhibitors and visitors, who love coming back,” explains Carolin Pascal, Event Director of BestEvents by ITMS Marketing.
